In 2015, while Cynthia continued in the Marine industry, Craig returned to the construction of high-end luxury waterfront residences in Marina Bay, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Development will be built out soon, Craig will have completed over 220 luxury residences in Marina Bay, ranging in price from $500,000 to $6,500,000.
